Hotdog is Chicago’s unrivaled fine art pet portrait photography studio dedicated to crafting photos that celebrate your pet's unique personality and character. Every session is meticulously planned with expert lighting, refined composition, and combines experience and technical precision to highlight your pet’s essence in breathtaking quality.

Minimalist backdrops and thoughtful composition capture the character and soulful expressions of your pet. Every portrait is hand‑edited using techniques inspired by traditional darkroom artistry and delivered as framed fine art prints that are crafted using museum-grade papers and archival pigment inks for portraits that are made to endure a lifetime.

At Songfinch, I partnered with executives to deliver new customer-facing products and infrastructure, including a lyric-editing platform, modernized checkout flows, and a first-of-its-kind AI voice personalization feature.

Partnered directly with C-suite and VP stakeholders to align design, engineering, and product strategies across multiple high-priority initiatives. Planned, designed, and owned the Song Revisions application, a self-service platform that allowed customers to annotate lyrics, flag mispronunciations with audio samples, and request word- or line-level changes. This reduced support volume while boosting purchase confidence and overall conversion rates.

Architected and delivered enhancements to checkout and authentication flows, including upsell logic that increased cart size, implementation of TOTP-based 2FA, and integration of new payment processors. Led engineering efforts on “Starring You”, an ML-powered, AI-assisted voice-cloning product that enabled customers to hear songs performed in their own voices — a first-of-its-kind personalization feature.

Established headless content infrastructure with Contentful, modernized front-end systems by migrating Vue applications to Next.js, and improved internal tooling for CX and Marketing teams to streamline operations.

Built and evangelized Casper’s Design System, Siesta, empowering teams worldwide to ship cohesive digital products.

As a Sr. Software Engineer on Casper’s Checkout, Shop, and Frontend Operations pods, I was the principal architect of Siesta and drove development efforts for Casper's content infrastructure and web accessibility/inclusivity initiatives.

Siesta (Casper's Design System) consists of primitives, components, patterns, guidelines, and tooling used by Casper’s teams to rapidly build well-crafted digital products for all of Casper’s worldwide customers.
